Abhishek Bachchan celebrates his 44th birthday with the family, see photos

Abhishek Bachchan, who turns 44 today, had a sweet beginning to his birthday as the family gathered for a small, homely celebration. Later, wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan shared a photo of the five family members on Instagram, all of them flashing a warm smile.

The photo has the Bachchans posing with a cake. The cake is all decked, and we can all see a mini football and a mini smartphone, cutely placed on the cake. Looks like it was picked by little Aaradhya who knows all about her dad's favourite things!

Abhishek, who was last seen in Anurag Kashyap's Manmarziyaan, has a packed year ahead. He is working on The Bigg Bull and Ludo at present. He has also started shooting for Bob Biswas, a film on a character with the same name that was introduced in Sujoy Ghosh's Kahaani in 2012.
