Akshay Kumar and Karan Johar thank SS Rajamouli for sending best wishes for Sooryavanshi

Filmmaker Rohit Shetty's Sooryavanshi is reading to take over theatres on November 5. Starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles, the film brings Ajay Devgn's Singham and Ranveer Singh's Simmba in the climax. With the anticipation growing each day for the film releasing in theatres during Diwali, best wishes are coming in from all corners.

SS Rajamouli has sent his best wishes to the makers of the film. On Wednesday, the filmmaker took to Twitter to say, "Wishing #Sooryavanshi a grand success… Whole hearted appreciation to the team for holding the film for more than a year and a half to revive the theatre business in these tough times."

Akshay responded by saying, "Thank you so much @ssrajamouli for the warm wishes, keeping our fingers tightly crossed hoping for the best."
