Millions of girls are mesmerized by Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's mere presence. Known as King Khan and Badshah of Bollywood, SRK is also surrounded by his fans. It was no different for his co-stars and girl gang from his critically acclaimed movie Chak De! India. One of his co-stars and actress Vidya Malavade revealed that the eminent star was nicknamed by them as 'Papa Bear' on the sets of their film.
On the occasion of 14 years of Chak De! India Vidya said that there is no other star who is as down to heart and serene as Shah Rukh Khan. She also revealed that all the girl members had a huge crush on the superstar. She further said Shah Rukh Khan was extremely careful around newcomers and made each one of them comfortable on the sets. He was always available to guide and improve which seemed no different from his film's character of a Hockey coach.
Chak De! India was directed by Shimit Amin and produced by Aditya Chopra with a huge star cast comprising Shah Rukh Khan, Vidya Malavade, Shilpa Shukla, Sagarika Ghatge, Chitrashi Rawat, Tanya Abrol, and Anaitha Nair. Recently the movie was recalled as the Indian women's hockey team went on to the semifinals of the Tokyo Olympics. The cast and crew of Chak De! India sent congratulatory messages to the team for the same.
