Dwayne Johnson gets his second dose of COVID-19 vaccine ahead of Black Adam filming 

Former wrestler and superstar Dwayne Johnson has received his second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. The actor, who will soon begin the shooting of DC Universe's Black Adam, shared a picture on Instagram that his second shot was done before the filming begins.
