Kickstarting the new year with a bang, comedian Kapil Sharma recently resumed working post his paternity break. In the upcoming weekend, Kapil Sharma will be seen welcoming one of the biggest faces of the 90s Bollywood era Jackie Shroff. It was a homecoming moment for co-actor Archana Puran Singh who has known Jackie da since their struggle days and in those days, she had a huge crush on him. The show started with some interesting revelations when Archana mentioned that Jackie da owes her Rs. 5 since their young days.
Now, on his recent visit to the show, he returned Archana’s favor by paying her Rs. 500 instead of Rs.5. Going down her memory lane, Archana shares, “I have known Jackie from his struggle days. Those days we were not well off but still, whenever Jackie saw beggars, he used to ask me for money and give it to them who were in need.”
Jackie adds, “Yes, Archana has helped me with Rupee 1 for 5 times i.e. equal to Rs. 5. Today, I want to take this opportunity and return the favor by giving Rs. 500 to Archana.” This was how Jackie returned his favor to Archana.
Continuing the conversation, Jackie Shroff recalled a childhood prank with his girlfriend. Jackie Da shared an incident when he was in his school days. He used to live in chawls but fell in love with an upper-class girl. He shares, “Once the girl demanded that she wants to come home and meet my mother. I lied to her, that I don’t stay with my mother, instead told her that I stay alone in a PG and convinced my mother to go out of the house for some time. My mother supported me in the scenario and stayed out for 30 minutes.”
Later when he realized love doesn’t see house and space, he confessed to the girl that he stays in a small house with a joint family.
