Ayushmann Khurrana says 2020 will be a busy but exciting year
The modern-day hero Ayushmann Khurrana continues to win the hearts of the audience with his performances. This year itself, he has had two releases - Article 15 & Dream Girl - both of which were highly appreciated by the audience. With that being said, he is looking forward to yet another interesting role as a balding man in Bala. Three releases in one year, the actor says 2020 will be even more exciting. Next year, Ayushmann Khurrana will be starring in Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan followed by Gulabo Sitabo. He also states that he might have another release and it is still an unannounced project. He said that it is looking hectic but exciting 2020. He will have at least three releases next year and he can't wait to show the diverseness of these stories. They have strong scripts and remarkably different stories. Ayushmann Khurrana said that he has always considered real people as the heroes of his films; their lives have inspired him to tell the stories. He will have releases and exciting announcements coming up. He will soon begin to shoot as well. Ayushmann added that 2020 will be the busiest year for him. On the work front, Bala will release in November this year.

However sources close to the Khan seem highly amused by the rumours. Says a source, "Kill Bill? Really?! First of all that is completely the female hero's film. So unless the makers plan to turn Uma Thurman's character into a male, there is no way Shah Rukh will touch this film even with a bargepole. He is certainly not playing the villain in any film at the moment. Shah Rukh was done with villainy at the outset of his career with his villainous trilogy in Darr, Baazigar and Anjaam". Most Bollywood superstars are now saying no to negative roles for the sake of political correctness. Salman Khan’s Eid release Radhe is very much ON and is a remake of This KOREAN flick!
By now, it’s a given that superstar Salman Khan will be arriving on Eid 2020 with a smashing film. However, there have been various speculations regarding the name of the film, its plot, director etc. Initially, reports claimed that Salman Khan have greenlit sequel of Wantedor No Entry. But that turned out to be false. It then came to light that Prabhudheva, who is also handling Salman’s immediate release Dabangg 3, will be helming a film, titled Radhe. A recent report however claimed that Radhe won’t be made after the project fell apart last week due to some unknown reason. But a source close to the project confirms that Radhe is very much on track and that Salman and his team is already working on this flick. The source says, “Radhe is Salman Khan’s Eid 2020 release and it has not been shelved or stalled for any reason whatsoever. The film is in the writing stages and a little bit of pre-production is also underway.” That Radhe is a remake of a Korean film is known but contrary to reports, it is not a remake of Veteran. The source reveals, “Radhe is a remake of a Korean film called The Outlaws. Salman Khan will play a cop in this film. Currently, the writers are trying their best to Indianize the story well and also to lessen the violent and sexual content, which is there in abundance in the original script. It’s taking a lot of time but the team is working day and night to get the script ready. Even Salim Khan saab is giving inputs. Prabhudheva is busy with Dabangg 3’s last schedule and post-production but he’ll soon get thoroughly involved with Radhe so that it can make it to cinemas in the month of May.” This update will surely be heartening for Salman Khan fans who have been left worried when reports emerged that Radhe is not happening and that Salman Khan is looking for another script. The source explains, “There’s no time now to look for a new script and begin work on it. We have to be ready with a film by May 22, 2020 come what may. And that film is Radhe.” When asked why Salman Khan denied that the name of his next film is Radhe, the source quips, “You know him – woh dil mein aate hai, samajh mein nahi! Maybe, they are planning to spell the film differently but from what we understand, Radhe is the next Salman Khan movie after Dabangg 3,” the source signs off. The Outlaws released in 2017 and stars Ma Dong-seok, Yoon Kye-sang and Jo Jae-yoon. Directed by Kang Yoon-sung, this crime action drama is based on a real incident and tells the story of Seoul detective who attempts to keep pace while tackling two warring gangs in the neighbourhood. "Khaali Peeli is going to be constant nights now" - Ananya Panday opens up on shooting for Ali Abbas Zafar's film
Ananya Panday Is fully wrapped with her tight schedule while she had completed her second movie shoot and started with her third shoot. Recently, when the teen sensation was asked about how she manages her schedule, Ananya shares, "It has been extremely hectic since Student of the Year 2 released actually because I started shooting Pati Patni Aur Woh immediately and I wasn't shooting in Mumbai. I was shooting in Lucknow for two months so I constantly had to go back and forth and come back to Mumbai because I had brand commitments.” She further adds, “I had to shoot for Gillette which was announced and I was shooting for Lakme as well, along with a couple of other brands as well which are going to come out soon. I walked for LFW for the very first time which was very exciting and I promised my mom I would practice with heels in Lucknow but I didn't end up practicing at all. Actually, 5 minutes before the show was my only time to practice. So, everything has been very hectic but it has also been a lot of fun.” Telling us more on what keeps her going, Ananya adds, “What keeps me motivated is that I have always dreamt of this and I have always wanted this- my entire life. I think now that I am here, I just want to enjoy every single moment of it that I have. Yeah, that's what keeps me going and I was shooting a song in Mumbai in the day for Pati Patni Aur Woh while coming and shooting for Khaali Peeli at night.” More on her schedule, Ananya added, “Khaali Peeli is going to be constant nights now, which is very different because I have not done night shoots because on Student. Tiger would fall asleep by 10 pm so we would never do any night shoots. Now, I am living on some other time zone only but it's very exciting, it's a lot of fun and I am really really blessed. I am enjoying every moment of it." The actress recently wrapped up shooting for her second film, Pati Patni Aur Woh where she is starring alongside Kartik Aaryan and Bhumi Pednekar. Earlier on Monday, she finished her final wrap for Pati Patni Aur Woh and within a couple of hours she was already on to her next project Khaali Peeli. Ananya Panday's Pati Patni Aur Woh is slated to release in December 2019 and Khaali Peeli is all set to hit the theatres on the 12th of June 2020.

The Rakesh Roshan directorial starring the two Khans was a super success. Years later, the song is making its way to Bhangra Paa Le as Sneha Taurani makes her directorial debut with this film. The premise of the song is that Sunny Kaushal's character Jaggi and Ruksar's character Simi are rivals in college and this song appears as Jaggi works hard to form a team for the international championship. They adapted the song completely in the film so they hoping it will get the audiences grooving. FIRST LOOK: John Abraham promises a bigger sequel with Satyameva Jayate 2
Ever since the high-octane vigilante action drama film — Satyameva Jayate hit the screens last year and turned out to be a big success, one has been anticipating a sequel to the film. And voila, the makers have now announced the second installment to the Satyameva Jayate franchise. John Abraham, who played a vigilante who goes on a corrupt cop-killing spree in the original is pairing up with Divya Khosla Kumar to bring Satyameva Jayate 2 for their fans. The movie, to be directed by Milap Zaveri and produced by T-Series and Emmay Entertainment & Motion Pictures, will go on floors soon. Milap, who is charged up about the project, says he is looking forward to working with John again and Divya for the first time. While Milap and John had collaborated earlier, it was with Satyameva Jayate that they tasted mega success as the movie crossed Rs 20 crore on the first day itself making it Milap and John’s highest opening ever. The vigilante action film was also high on emotion and drama, making it an overall entertainer for the masses. The makers now want to take the story ahead. Says Milap, “Satyameva Jayate 2 is twice the action, emotion, Power, patriotism and punch. Led by John Abraham back as a crusader for justice and with Divya Khosla Kumar joining the franchise I hope next Gandhi Jayanti we provide the audiences with a powerful entertainer that also gives a strong message against corruption.” John, too, is excited about being part of this venture. “I genuinely enjoyed the story and telling of the original film. EXCLUSIVE: Did AJAY DEVGN and director Abhishek Dudhaiya have a FALLOUT while shooting ACTION sequences for Bhuj: The Pride Of India?
The shooting of one of Bollywood’s most ambitious action-dramas, Bhuj: The Pride Of India, starring Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi, Rana Daggubati, Parineeti Chopra and Ammy Virk, and directed by debutant Abhishek Dudhaiya, has been underway for the last few months. After the first schedule in Hyderabad, a lavish song number in Mandvi in Gujarat, and magnificent action sequences (including portions of the climax), at Kathda village in Mandvi taluka, Gujarat, the team shifts to Lucknow, Hyderabad, Bhopal, Indore and Mumbai and completes the shoot. The movie is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Ginny Khanuja, Vajir Singh and Kumar Mangat Pathak. Bhuj: The Pride Of India boasts of some fantastic action sequences by National Award-winning action choreographer and stunt coordinator Peter Hein, along with action and stunt designing teams from Bulgaria and Vietnam, who are choreographing the high-paced thrilling action and war sequences in the film. The filming began with an introductory scene of Devgn, in Bhuj last week and culminated with an action-packed finale with at Kathda village in Mandvi. There have been rumours since then that Ajay is ghost-directing the film due to certain creative differences and movie going over budget but that is not true. Says a trade source, “The producers and Ajay himself, wish to make this film on an ambitious, real yet grand scale so some of the best technicians have been employed for Bhuj: The Pride of India so budget will be high anyways. The makers are sparing no expenses to make sure that the film is a visual treat for the audiences. It was a historic event which needed to be showcased for all to see and Ajay is while-heartedly involved in the making of the film. Apart from an actor, he is well-versed in stunts, action and VFX and known to express his mind if he feels something is wrong. Buzz is that during the shoot in Kathda village (Gujarat), that certain differences arose between Ajay and the director. Expensive sets of Bhuj airport and replicas of IAF fighter planes had been constructed for action-packed climax sequences to shoot portions of the climax and certain issues arose between the director and Ajay. Minor creative differences can always arise between stars and directors but they get resolved almost immediately.” Elaborating on the scene which raised a few tempers (and voices), the source add, “It was during one such major action sequence when apparently, Ajay felt that it could be shot according to what action choreographer and stunt coordinator Peter Hein had visualised it. It had been happening a few times and Ajay had tried explaining to Abhishek. The director, being new, was taking time to shoot high-octane action scenes and though Peter Hein had everything planned Abhishek wanted it in another way. Apparently, the hours of shooting were fewer because Abhishek was taking his time to figure out some scenes and the budget was going high. Ajay is a very clear and level-headed actor and also a producer. He knows how being over budget can affect the box-office success of a film so he explained everything calmly to Abhishek. It almost escalated into an argument but everybody, including Abhishek saw reason and calmed down. The disagreements were sorted and after the Kutch shoot, as scheduled the next one resumed in Mumbai from September.” Bhuj: The Pride Of India is about Indian Air Force (IAF) base commander, Squadron Leader Vijay Kumar Karnik (Devgn), who along with two other officers, 50 IAF and 60 Defence Security Corps personnel kept the Bhuj airbase operational and airstrip ready, during the 1971 Indo-Pakistani war, to receive a squadron of fighter planes from Punjab. He was helped by 300 villagers, mostly women, who took up the task of repairing the airstrip. Sonakshi plays Sunderben Jetha Madharparya, a social worker, from Madhapur, who convinced the local women to help rebuild the only runway in Bhuj that was bombed by the Pakistani army. Sanjay Dutt plays civilian, Ranchordas Svabhai Ravari, who helped the Indian Army win the war, Rana Daggubati plays Madras regiment Lt Colonel who was posted in Vighakot chowki and fought the Indo-Pak 1971 war, Parineeti Chopra plays Heena Rehman, an Indian spy staying in Lahore in the movie and Ammy Virk, a fighter pilot in the IAF, who played a very crucial role in this historic win. Sonakshi Sinha reveals that Salman Khan saw the acting ‘keeda’ in her
Actress Sonakshi Sinha will soon complete a decade in the industry. The actress who made her debut in the 2010 film Dabangg opposite Salman Khan will soon be seen in the third instalment of the film. Recently in an interview to a media house, Sonakshi Sinha said that Salman saw the acting ‘keeda’ in her when she had not even thought of acting as a career option. Salman Khan encouraged and motivated her to take it up. Talking about how she bagged the role of Rajjo she said that one day Arbaaz Khan along with the director of the film came to her house and narrated the script to her and she became a part of the film even before she knew it. Sushant Singh Rajput, who is basking in the success of his last release Chhichhore, has had his share of rumoured affairs in the industry. Sushant, who dated his Pavitra Rishta co-star Ankita Lokhande for a really long time, was later linked to Kriti Sanon and Rhea Chakraborty among others. He says he is single right now, but Sushant is a true lover at heart! In fact, he was only in 4th grade when he fell in love for the first time. "My first love was in Class 4. My class teacher was very nice. That was my real love. But I didn't approach her because I had to clear my exams," he revealed. The actor was speaking at the India Today Mind Rocks Delhi 2019, during a session called What Bollywood Taught Me. He also revealed that he never said 'I love you' to anyone! "I have never said 'I love you' to anyone. I got my first proposal in 9th standard," he added. Sushant, who was seen alongside Shraddha Kapoor and Varun Sharma in Chhichhore, is also working on Mukesh Chhabra's Dil Bechara, with newcomer Sanjana Sanghi. His action thriller Drive, which is being postponed for a couple of years now, will finally release on Netflix, the makers recently announced. Sholay and Andaz Apna Apna actor Viju Khote passes away at the age of 77
Veteran actor Viju Khote, popularly known for his roles in Sholay as Kalia and Andaz Apna Apna as Robert, passed away on Monday morning due to multiple organ failure. The actor was keeping unwell for a while and died at his residence on September 30. The news of his passing was confirmed by his niece, Dekh Bhai Dekh actress Bhavana Balsavar who said that he passed away at 6:55 am peacefully in his sleep. He was keeping unwell but did not spend his last days in the hospital. So, they brought him home a few days ago. She said that is a great loss for all of them. Viju Khote worked in the industry for six decades starting from 1965. From Hindi to Marathi films, theatre to TV serials and plays, the actor starred in over 300 projects. He starred in some of the most popular films including Andaz Apna Apna, Sholay, China Gate, Qurbani among others. He was also seen in Priyanka Chopra’s Marathi production Ventilator in 2016. Khote was last seen in 2018’s Jaane Kyun De Yaaron.
Arjun Kapoor reveals why he didn't act in Kabir Singh
For Shahid Kapoor, his last release Kabir Singh was THE film that brought an end to his drought of hits. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and a Hindi remake of his Telugu hit Arjun Reddy, Kabir Singh became a super success at the box office. However, not everyone would know that the first choice for Kabir Singh's character was not Shahid but Arjun Kapoor. It began when when producers Ashwin Varde and Murad Khetani, who also produced Arjun's Mubarakan, bought the rights for Arjun Reddy's Hindi remake. While they had Arjun in mind, Sandeep had met Shahid and promised him the film. Since Sandeep had to direct the Hindi version as well, they chose to go ahead with his choice. In a recent interview, Arjun opened up saying he wanted to respect Sandeep's choice and didn't want to be a troublemaker for the producers either by getting into a war of ego. Adding that only Sandeep could have churned out Kabir Singh as perfectly as he did, Arjun also heaped praises on Shahid, calling him a fantastic actor! Mardaani 2 Teaser: Rani Mukerji is a fearless cop in this edge of the seat entertainer
Rani Mukerji’s edge of the seat entertainer Mardaani 2 will release on 13th December. The much-awaited cop thriller will see Rani reprising the role of the fearless and committed Superintendent of Police, Shivani Shivaji Roy in Mardaani 2. She had delivered an outstanding performance in the superhit and hugely acclaimed prequel, Mardaani, in which she took on the kingpin of a child trafficking racket. So, naturally, the anticipation is huge to know which crime Rani will fight against in Mardaani 2. And we have the answer now! Director Gopi Puthran says, “Rani as Shivani will be seen in a massive showdown with a 21 year old villain who is an embodiment of pure evil. He is a dangerous criminal who targets women.” Producer Yash Raj Films is unveiling its first asset that is primarily a release date reminder asset. It will show that Rani will stand up against crimes on women. However, the timing of this asset launch is interesting. YRF has chosen the auspicious time of Navratri to unveil this. Rani says, “The film will see a woman cop fighting a pure evil of a person to end crimes against women. As we all know, Navratri stands for the victory and battle of good over evil across India. Whether it is Goddess Durga’s victory over the demon Mahishasura or Lord Rama’s victory over Ravana, Navratri’s significance is key to this asset launch. So, we decided to start the journey of Mardaani 2 on this auspicious occasion.” She adds, “For me, personally, I’m thrilled that the first key communication of Mardaani 2 is happening during Durga Puja that celebrates woman power in its truest and bravest form. Maa Durga took on the forces of evil and defeated it and Mardaani 2 will see a woman stand up against evil, against crimes committed against women and take a bold and brave stand. It releases on Wednesday October 2, a national holiday on account of Gandhi Jayanti. 2019 still have a few more biggies to release but none of them arrive on the day of festive holiday. As a result, War has the potential to have the biggest opening day of 2019 for a Hindi film. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh confirms the buzz for War as he says, “The craze for War is humongous, majorly because of Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff coming together. Secondly, it’s an action film and thirdly, the timing is very apt. It releases on Wednesday October 2, a five-day weekend. The trailer too indicates that it’s a full-on, commercial film.” Girish Johar, film trade and business analyst, agrees, “The excitement levels and buzz are huge. Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff coming together is a dream cast, not only for the makers but even for the audiences. And both are featuring in an action film and hence it’s like a never-before-experience of sorts.” Raj Bansal, the owner of Entertainment Paradise in Jaipur, admits, “The excitement is zabardast, mind-blowing! There’s huge excitement amongst audiences, single-screen exhibitors, multiplex exhibitors etc; basically, everyone!” Trade expert Komal Nahta calls the buzz for War ‘phenomenal’. Farhan and Mehra are reuniting after Bhaag Milkha Bhaag. While the actor has been working hard and training for months to get into shape for the role, he has been sharing his journey on social media. This morning, the actor finally announced the release date along with the first look. In the first look, Farhan Akhtar is all beefed up in this shirtless photo whilst getting ready for a match in a boxing ring. Along with the look, he also announced that Toofan will release on Gandhi Jayanti, October 2, 2020. “Toofan Uthega!! FIRST LOOK! #TOOFAN releasing 2nd October 2020!! ,” he captioned his post. Bigg Boss 13: Rashami Desai denies dating Arhaan Khan, sets the record straight about rumoured relationship with Siddharth Shukla
Salman Khan is back on television screens with his reality show, Bigg Boss. The premiere of Bigg Boss 13 aired on September 29 with the announcement of final contestants who went inside the BB house. One of the most talked-about participant is TV actress Rashami Desai who is apparently one of the highest-paid contestants this year.
There were rumours that she is dating Arhaan Khan and would marry him inside the house. Denying everything, Rashami Desai set the record straight that she is not dating Arhaan and only knows him as a friend. She said that why would she be getting married inside the house. If she decides to do get hitched, she would want her loved ones to be around her. She further said that she doesn't know who started this rumour but it is not happening.
Speaking of dating Arhaan Khan, she said that they have known each other for a long time and eventually became good friends. But, they don't share the equation that everyone is talking about.
She further rubbished rumours about dating her Dil Se Dil Tak co-star Siddharth Shukla who is also a contestant on Bigg Boss 13. Rashami Desai said that she has no idea how the rumours surfaced. They were professional on set and he is a friend and not her best friend whom she would meet after the show ended. She knew him from before so she said that it is nice to have a familiar face on Bigg Boss. But, she said that they have not even spoken to each other for a year now.
EXCLUSIVE: How Salman Khan’s RADHE directed by Prabhu Dheva almost happened but DIDN’T!
Probably the biggest speculation today is the announcement of Salman Khan’s next movie on Eid 2020 and the last few week has been fuelled with the superstar’s denying that his movie was called Radhe. We can tell you now that Radhe was all but finalised (including the script) till just a week ago but things apparently, fell apart and that movie is not happening now. Bollywood Hungama was the first to tell you that the Salman Khan was reuniting with his Bharat producers, Atul Agnihotri and Nikhil Namit for a hard-core masala entertainer – the exception being that it would also be produced by Salman Khan Productions. There were also reports that the movie was titled Radhe but while admitting that his Eid 2020 release would be directed by his Dabangg 3 director, Prabhu Dheva, he had denied that the movie was called Radhe. Says a trade source, “Recently, when asked about a movie called Radhe, releasing on Eid, Salman had denied it, adding that Prabhu Dheva would direct it. But buzz is that Radhe was almost happening but for various reasons didn’t. After Inshallah got postponed indefinitely, Salman was searching for a script. He got two – one a Korean remake and the other a masala entertainer. One thing was certain – whichever was finalised, the film would be directed by Prabhu Dheva. Salman is extremely impressed with the director’s work in Dabangg 3, his massy connect and the fact that everything is on schedule. The massy entertainer was finalised and titled Radhe because in both his movies (Tere Naam and Wanted) where he is called Radhe, they have turned out to be blockbusters.” The source adds that even the poster for Radhe had been designed and kept ready. “Atul Agnihotri, Nikhil Namit and Salman were ready with the announcement but something happened last week and the project fall apart. While the buzz is that they discovered just before the announcement that the story was similar to another movie and the title is with someone else – only a few (including Salman) know what the truth is. The story was based in the heartlands of North India and the final draft (with Salman’s inputs) was complete with rumours of the star playing a double role. Salman had planned to announce the movie, after he began shooting for it.” Now the hunt for a fresh script is on again. The source adds, “Salman won’t leave Eid 2020. His fans expect it and it’s a box-office bonanza for everybody around. No other star except Salman enjoys that kind of BO success on Eid so it’s natural that his release comes on that day. This project is very important to Salman and he is taking keen interest himself in every department. There is another script that they are looking at. Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana Khan showcases her acting chops in her short film teaser
Shah Rukh Khan's daughter may be away from the film industry but Suhana Khan is clearly prepping by working on her acting chops. While she is studying abroad in a film school, the 19-year-old will soon be seen in a short film titled The Grey Part Of Blue.
Theodore Gimeno, the writer, and director of The Grey Part Of Blue, took to Instagram to share the teaser. He wrote, "Dear all - Here I present for the first time some of the visuals for my upcoming short film The Grey Part of Blue’. The film itself is basically complete but I am not yet sure of the date of release, so stay tuned for that. I want to thank all of you for the continued support this past year, it’s truly been surreal. Until then, I hope you enjoy this little teaser! This won't be the first time Suhana Khan will be acting. Last year, the star kid played the role of Juliet in a theatrical adaptation of William Shakespeare's Romeo And Juliet.
Next year, Ayushmann Khurrana will be starring in Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan followed by Gulabo Sitabo. He also states that he might have another release and it is still an unannounced project. He said that it is looking hectic but exciting 2020. He will have at least three releases next year and he can't wait to show the diverseness of these stories. They have strong scripts and remarkably different stories. Ayushmann Khurrana said that he has always considered real people as the heroes of his films; their lives have inspired him to tell the stories. He will have releases and exciting announcements coming up. He will soon begin to shoot as well. Ayushmann added that 2020 will be the busiest year for him. On the work front, Bala will release in November this year.
The latest reports suggest that Shah Rukh Khan is doing Hindi remake of Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill where, the reports go on to suggest, Shah Rukh will play the villain Bill. However sources close to the Khan seem highly amused by the rumours. Says a source, "Kill Bill? Really?! First of all that is completely the female hero's film. So unless the makers plan to turn Uma Thurman's character into a male, there is no way Shah Rukh will touch this film even with a bargepole. He is certainly not playing the villain in any film at the moment. Shah Rukh was done with villainy at the outset of his career with his villainous trilogy in Darr, Baazigar and Anjaam". Most Bollywood superstars are now saying no to negative roles for the sake of political correctness. Incidentally Anurag Kashyap also wanted to do Kill Bill with Radhika Apte playing Uma Thurman's role.
A recent report however claimed that Radhe won’t be made after the project fell apart last week due to some unknown reason. But a source close to the project confirms that Radhe is very much on track and that Salman and his team is already working on this flick. The source says, “Radhe is Salman Khan’s Eid 2020 release and it has not been shelved or stalled for any reason whatsoever. The film is in the writing stages and a little bit of pre-production is also underway.” That Radhe is a remake of a Korean film is known but contrary to reports, it is not a remake of Veteran. The source reveals, “Radhe is a remake of a Korean film called The Outlaws. Salman Khan will play a cop in this film. Currently, the writers are trying their best to Indianize the story well and also to lessen the violent and sexual content, which is there in abundance in the original script. It’s taking a lot of time but the team is working day and night to get the script ready. Even Salim Khan saab is giving inputs. Prabhudheva is busy with Dabangg 3’s last schedule and post-production but he’ll soon get thoroughly involved with Radhe so that it can make it to cinemas in the month of May.” This update will surely be heartening for Salman Khan fans who have been left worried when reports emerged that Radhe is not happening and that Salman Khan is looking for another script. The source explains, “There’s no time now to look for a new script and begin work on it. We have to be ready with a film by May 22, 2020 come what may. And that film is Radhe.” When asked why Salman Khan denied that the name of his next film is Radhe, the source quips, “You know him – woh dil mein aate hai, samajh mein nahi! Maybe, they are planning to spell the film differently but from what we understand, Radhe is the next Salman Khan movie after Dabangg 3,” the source signs off. The Outlaws released in 2017 and stars Ma Dong-seok, Yoon Kye-sang and Jo Jae-yoon. Directed by Kang Yoon-sung, this crime action drama is based on a real incident and tells the story of Seoul detective who attempts to keep pace while tackling two warring gangs in the neighbourhood. She further adds, “I had to shoot for Gillette which was announced and I was shooting for Lakme as well, along with a couple of other brands as well which are going to come out soon. I walked for LFW for the very first time which was very exciting and I promised my mom I would practice with heels in Lucknow but I didn't end up practicing at all. Actually, 5 minutes before the show was my only time to practice. So, everything has been very hectic but it has also been a lot of fun.” Telling us more on what keeps her going, Ananya adds, “What keeps me motivated is that I have always dreamt of this and I have always wanted this- my entire life. I think now that I am here, I just want to enjoy every single moment of it that I have. Yeah, that's what keeps me going and I was shooting a song in Mumbai in the day for Pati Patni Aur Woh while coming and shooting for Khaali Peeli at night.” More on her schedule, Ananya added, “Khaali Peeli is going to be constant nights now, which is very different because I have not done night shoots because on Student. Tiger would fall asleep by 10 pm so we would never do any night shoots. Now, I am living on some other time zone only but it's very exciting, it's a lot of fun and I am really really blessed. I am enjoying every moment of it." The actress recently wrapped up shooting for her second film, Pati Patni Aur Woh where she is starring alongside Kartik Aaryan and Bhumi Pednekar. Earlier on Monday, she finished her final wrap for Pati Patni Aur Woh and within a couple of hours she was already on to her next project Khaali Peeli. Ananya Panday's Pati Patni Aur Woh is slated to release in December 2019 and Khaali Peeli is all set to hit the theatres on the 12th of June 2020.

The premise of the song is that Sunny Kaushal's character Jaggi and Ruksar's character Simi are rivals in college and this song appears as Jaggi works hard to form a team for the international championship. They adapted the song completely in the film so they hoping it will get the audiences grooving. Produced by RSVP, Bhangra Paa Le will be directed by Sneha Taurani starring Sunny Kaushal and Rukhsar Dhillon. The film is releasing on November 1, 2019.
Milap, who is charged up about the project, says he is looking forward to working with John again and Divya for the first time. While Milap and John had collaborated earlier, it was with Satyameva Jayate that they tasted mega success as the movie crossed Rs 20 crore on the first day itself making it Milap and John’s highest opening ever. The vigilante action film was also high on emotion and drama, making it an overall entertainer for the masses. The makers now want to take the story ahead. Says Milap, “Satyameva Jayate 2 is twice the action, emotion, Power, patriotism and punch. Led by John Abraham back as a crusader for justice and with Divya Khosla Kumar joining the franchise I hope next Gandhi Jayanti we provide the audiences with a powerful entertainer that also gives a strong message against corruption.” 
John, too, is excited about being part of this venture. “I genuinely enjoyed the story and telling of the original film. I could tell it was a story that the audience will find engaging. With SMJ2, the aim, once again, is to entertain the audience with a story that’s relevant in today’s times,” he says. The fresh pairing of John and Divya, who returns to acting after directing two movies of her own, is another highlight of the project. “I didn’t want to act in a film just for the sake of it,” says the latter. “For me, what mattered was the story and the role, and I got the right opportunity with this film,” she adds. Nikkhil Advani of Emmay Entertainment believes the sequel will be an even bigger entertainer. He says, “John and Milap make for a formidable team and we are happy to push the envelope with a project that’s not only for the audiences to enjoy but is socially relevant as well.” Satyameva Jayate 2 produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar (T-Series), Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani, Nikkhil Advani (Emmay Entertainment) is slated to release on October 2, 2020.
Bhuj: The Pride Of India boasts of some fantastic action sequences by National Award-winning action choreographer and stunt coordinator Peter Hein, along with action and stunt designing teams from Bulgaria and Vietnam, who are choreographing the high-paced thrilling action and war sequences in the film. The filming began with an introductory scene of Devgn, in Bhuj last week and culminated with an action-packed finale with at Kathda village in Mandvi. There have been rumours since then that Ajay is ghost-directing the film due to certain creative differences and movie going over budget but that is not true. Says a trade source, “The producers and Ajay himself, wish to make this film on an ambitious, real yet grand scale so some of the best technicians have been employed for Bhuj: The Pride of India so budget will be high anyways. The makers are sparing no expenses to make sure that the film is a visual treat for the audiences. It was a historic event which needed to be showcased for all to see and Ajay is while-heartedly involved in the making of the film. Apart from an actor, he is well-versed in stunts, action and VFX and known to express his mind if he feels something is wrong. Buzz is that during the shoot in Kathda village (Gujarat), that certain differences arose between Ajay and the director. Expensive sets of Bhuj airport and replicas of IAF fighter planes had been constructed for action-packed climax sequences to shoot portions of the climax and certain issues arose between the director and Ajay. Minor creative differences can always arise between stars and directors but they get resolved almost immediately.” Elaborating on the scene which raised a few tempers (and voices), the source add, “It was during one such major action sequence when apparently, Ajay felt that it could be shot according to what action choreographer and stunt coordinator Peter Hein had visualised it. It had been happening a few times and Ajay had tried explaining to Abhishek. The director, being new, was taking time to shoot high-octane action scenes and though Peter Hein had everything planned Abhishek wanted it in another way. Apparently, the hours of shooting were fewer because Abhishek was taking his time to figure out some scenes and the budget was going high. Ajay is a very clear and level-headed actor and also a producer. He knows how being over budget can affect the box-office success of a film so he explained everything calmly to Abhishek. It almost escalated into an argument but everybody, including Abhishek saw reason and calmed down. The disagreements were sorted and after the Kutch shoot, as scheduled the next one resumed in Mumbai from September.” Bhuj: The Pride Of India is about Indian Air Force (IAF) base commander, Squadron Leader Vijay Kumar Karnik (Devgn), who along with two other officers, 50 IAF and 60 Defence Security Corps personnel kept the Bhuj airbase operational and airstrip ready, during the 1971 Indo-Pakistani war, to receive a squadron of fighter planes from Punjab. He was helped by 300 villagers, mostly women, who took up the task of repairing the airstrip. Sonakshi plays Sunderben Jetha Madharparya, a social worker, from Madhapur, who convinced the local women to help rebuild the only runway in Bhuj that was bombed by the Pakistani army. Sanjay Dutt plays civilian, Ranchordas Svabhai Ravari, who helped the Indian Army win the war, Rana Daggubati plays Madras regiment Lt Colonel who was posted in Vighakot chowki and fought the Indo-Pak 1971 war, Parineeti Chopra plays Heena Rehman, an Indian spy staying in Lahore in the movie and Ammy Virk, a fighter pilot in the IAF, who played a very crucial role in this historic win. Recently in an interview to a media house, Sonakshi Sinha said that Salman saw the acting ‘keeda’ in her when she had not even thought of acting as a career option. Salman Khan encouraged and motivated her to take it up. Talking about how she bagged the role of Rajjo she said that one day Arbaaz Khan along with the director of the film came to her house and narrated the script to her and she became a part of the film even before she knew it. In an earlier interview, Sonakshi Sinha had revealed that during a fashion show where she was working as an audience manager, Salman Khan had walked up to her and advised her to lose weight and they would cast her in one of their movies. Sonakshi Sinha was last seen in the film Mission Mangal which was a hit at the box office. The news of his passing was confirmed by his niece, Dekh Bhai Dekh actress Bhavana Balsavar who said that he passed away at 6:55 am peacefully in his sleep. He was keeping unwell but did not spend his last days in the hospital. So, they brought him home a few days ago. She said that is a great loss for all of them. Viju Khote worked in the industry for six decades starting from 1965. From Hindi to Marathi films, theatre to TV serials and plays, the actor starred in over 300 projects. He starred in some of the most popular films including Andaz Apna Apna, Sholay, China Gate, Qurbani among others. He was also seen in Priyanka Chopra’s Marathi production Ventilator in 2016. Khote was last seen in 2018’s Jaane Kyun De Yaaron.
It began when when producers Ashwin Varde and Murad Khetani, who also produced Arjun's Mubarakan, bought the rights for Arjun Reddy's Hindi remake. While they had Arjun in mind, Sandeep had met Shahid and promised him the film. Since Sandeep had to direct the Hindi version as well, they chose to go ahead with his choice. In a recent interview, Arjun opened up saying he wanted to respect Sandeep's choice and didn't want to be a troublemaker for the producers either by getting into a war of ego. Adding that only Sandeep could have churned out Kabir Singh as perfectly as he did, Arjun also heaped praises on Shahid, calling him a fantastic actor! Director Gopi Puthran says, “Rani as Shivani will be seen in a massive showdown with a 21 year old villain who is an embodiment of pure evil. He is a dangerous criminal who targets women.” Producer Yash Raj Films is unveiling its first asset that is primarily a release date reminder asset. It will show that Rani will stand up against crimes on women. However, the timing of this asset launch is interesting. YRF has chosen the auspicious time of Navratri to unveil this. Rani says, “The film will see a woman cop fighting a pure evil of a person to end crimes against women. As we all know, Navratri stands for the victory and battle of good over evil across India. Whether it is Goddess Durga’s victory over the demon Mahishasura or Lord Rama’s victory over Ravana, Navratri’s significance is key to this asset launch. So, we decided to start the journey of Mardaani 2 on this auspicious occasion.” She adds, “For me, personally, I’m thrilled that the first key communication of Mardaani 2 is happening during Durga Puja that celebrates woman power in its truest and bravest form. Maa Durga took on the forces of evil and defeated it and Mardaani 2 will see a woman stand up against evil, against crimes committed against women and take a bold and brave stand. It’s a hugely pleasant coincidence that Durga Puja and YRF’s biggest release War has fallen at the same time for us to release our film’s asset now.” YRF has still not disclosed who the antagonist is in Mardaani 2 but it’s almost certain that Aditya Chopra has found a talented actor to become an embodiment of evil. The film marks the directorial debut of Gopi, who was the writer of the first Mardaani film. Mardaani 2 was shot extensively in Jaipur and Kota in Rajasthan.
Girish Johar agrees that this Southern biggie has a chance but War will dominate. He says, “Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is looking quite good but specifically for the Hindi markets, it’s obvious that War would be the first option.” Harveen Singh however says, “I don’t think Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is that big a competition for War in the North. In the South, it’s huge but in the Northern belt, it won’t have much of an impact”. He also predicts, “Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy will get an opening of below Rs. 5 crore.” Raj Bansal on the same lines states, “There’s hardly any buzz for Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy in this side, not even for Hindi version. No one knows the history of this freedom fighter. Such films don’t do very well in the North, except for a Baahubali.” Atul Mohan however refuses to write off the potential of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. He justifies, “Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani are quite smart. They must be confident of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy and hence are taking the risk of clashing it with a film like War.” And lastly, the much-talked about Hollywood flick Joker, starring Joaquin Phoenix, also hits screens on October 2. The film has opened in film festivals with unanimous praise. Girish Johar feels this film too might excel, “Joker is a very upmarket Hollywood film which will have its fair share of audiences in the top metro city multiplexes. It has fantastic pre-release reports from Overseas.” Atul Mohan tells, “Joker seems like a very dark film and only for niche audiences but its reviews are very encouraging. It’ll get very limited release and they (Warner Bros) must be mentally prepared that they are coming in a week which will be dominated by two other big films. Maybe they must have planned it that way and must have avoided going all-out, like these studios usually do for mainstream, Hollywood films.” Harveen Singh positions the Hollywood dark film above Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy on the buzz scale. He says, “Joker has a buzz among Hollywood audiences, especially those who are fans of the character. I feel in West and Northern belt, Joker is a bigger opposition than Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy for War!” Raj Bansal however is ruthless as he makes it clear that “Releasing Joker on October 2 is the biggest mistake of Warner Bros. It will not work at all”. Komal Nahta too admits, “Joker doesn’t really stand much of a chance.” The trade and industry are divided over Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy and Joker but one thing is for sure. Bollywood Hungama was the first to tell you that the Salman Khan was reuniting with his Bharat producers, Atul Agnihotri and Nikhil Namit for a hard-core masala entertainer – the exception being that it would also be produced by Salman Khan Productions. There were also reports that the movie was titled Radhe but while admitting that his Eid 2020 release would be directed by his Dabangg 3 director, Prabhu Dheva, he had denied that the movie was called Radhe. Says a trade source, “Recently, when asked about a movie called Radhe, releasing on Eid, Salman had denied it, adding that Prabhu Dheva would direct it. But buzz is that Radhe was almost happening but for various reasons didn’t. After Inshallah got postponed indefinitely, Salman was searching for a script. He got two – one a Korean remake and the other a masala entertainer. One thing was certain – whichever was finalised, the film would be directed by Prabhu Dheva. Salman is extremely impressed with the director’s work in Dabangg 3, his massy connect and the fact that everything is on schedule. The massy entertainer was finalised and titled Radhe because in both his movies (Tere Naam and Wanted) where he is called Radhe, they have turned out to be blockbusters.” The source adds that even the poster for Radhe had been designed and kept ready. “Atul Agnihotri, Nikhil Namit and Salman were ready with the announcement but something happened last week and the project fall apart. While the buzz is that they discovered just before the announcement that the story was similar to another movie and the title is with someone else – only a few (including Salman) know what the truth is. The story was based in the heartlands of North India and the final draft (with Salman’s inputs) was complete with rumours of the star playing a double role. Salman had planned to announce the movie, after he began shooting for it.” Now the hunt for a fresh script is on again. The source adds, “Salman won’t leave Eid 2020. His fans expect it and it’s a box-office bonanza for everybody around. No other star except Salman enjoys that kind of BO success on Eid so it’s natural that his release comes on that day. This project is very important to Salman and he is taking keen interest himself in every department. There is another script that they are looking at.
